A long-standing FTS customer, the multi-play operator uses Leap Billing to enable flexible convergent charging, billing and customer management for its mobile, fixed line, broadband, MVNO and MVNE services. By deploying Leap Billing in a fully virtual environment, the service provider enjoys significant savings on hardware investment, ensuring a cost-effective, scalable and flexible infrastructure. Integrated with the operator’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, FTS’ billing system enables it to rapidly deploy new services with a low total cost of ownership.
