Or Yehuda, Israel | September 13, 2016: FTS, a global provider of billing, core network and MVNO solutions, today announced that QBoCel, an MVNO and MVNE operating on Telefonica Mexico’s network, has successfully implemented FTS’ turnkey MVNO and MVNE solution.
Using FTS’ MVNO platform, QBoCel can now independently configure and deploy personalized, application-based plans. This enables the rapid delivery of new services to market, supporting QBoCel’s fast growth and enhancing its customers’ experience.
